Feature - Python docstring analysis

Description

Since python is also used in other faculties across the TU, it is important to have proper support for the python language. This metric will be similar to the JavaDoc analysis for java.

Priority - B

It is important to have decent python support since it will increase the usability of our tool on other faculties that mainly use python.

When this metric is in place and working properly.
