'Status' button for an edition results in 404

When clicking the status button on an edition the user is presented with a whitelabel error page. There are two things to be fixed here:

• 404 should show a proper 404 page
• the button should point to https://gitbull.ewi.tudelft.nl/setup/{id}/progress not https://gitbull.ewi.tudelft.nl/setup/edition/{id}/progress
