Not found can be clicked on finished requests

Summary

When looking at a previously finished request, multiple buttons are still available, all of which do nothing except NotFound.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have a request, handle it
2. Approve/Reject request
3. Click on the handled request in the overview
4. Click not found.

Possible Fix

Disable these buttons.
