Config file for netid's

Summary

Appendages to usernames such as '@tudelft.nl' in order to make the system work with SSO data should be configurable in a config file.

Reasoning

Currently the netid's for students automatically gets filled with @tudelft.nl. This will not work for other universities and thus a new way is needed in order to be able to configure this.
