Display date on "Pending" request for a slotted lab

Summary

When a student has a pending request in a slotted lab, display the date of the lab he queue'd himself into.

Reasoning

This way, mistakes selecting the wrong lab (e.g. Friday instead of Wednesday) are easier to detect with a look at one page, instead of looking through an arbitrary amount of lab pages to see in which one the student is enrolled.
