Forwarded requests

Summary

  • For requests that were forwarded at one point it is impossible to retrieve later why the request was forwarded.
  • TA feedback is for which TA after the request was forwarded?

Reasoning

  1. if a TA forwarded because of a misclick or because the student asked for a head-ta or didn't know the solution makes a difference later.
  2. students do not know the names of the TAs, so they might e.g. give bad feedback intended for the TA that did not know how to help them to the head TA instead
