Display rating distribution on TA feedback page

Create a bar chart with the distribution of ratings (from the smiley feedback, i.e. 1 to 5) and display average rating

• filter textual requests with a specific number rating when a bar in the bar chart is clicked
• tint the background of text/create another indication for the textual feedback to easily see what rating is associated with it
