CSV Export for Timeslots

Problem

We currently have no way of forcing students to join a timeslot. With the current need for timeslots used as oral exam slots, we cannot force students to enrol, but need some way to check which students did and did not enrol in the end.

An export of the lab in the form of which requests were performed seems like a good start.
