[Queue-2.0] Create assignment button links to "Create module"

https://queue.tudelft.nl/edition/167/modules clicking "Create assignment" links me to a page where I create a new module. As someone without too much knowledge of the current terminology this is confusing. Assignment === Module or not? Would make this consistent at least, or link the right page.
