[Queue-2.0] Delete button is grayed and has tooltip "not available" but is definitely functional

https://queue.tudelft.nl/edition/167/modules see the grayed icons for deletion..

However, it links to https://queue.tudelft.nl/assignment/1034/remove,.. and that page definitely opens (I don't dare clicking the button 😬 )
