Free-text field for lab instructions

We got a feature request from Thomas Hollt on Mattermost, he'd like to show some instructions next to his lab. He'd like a free-text input for this where he can write some stuff that will be shown to students when they view the lab/try to enqueue. Optionally support Markdown for this.
