When switching lab from random with prio to fcfs, students stay on pending

If you switch a lab from random with priority to First come first serve, then the students that were already registered stay on pending. There is no way to remove them, there is no way to select them, the lab also cannot be changed back to random with prio, so these students are now in limbo on pending forever.
