Shared Lab fixes

Summary

• Get next button should filter on requests a TA can take. (From the correct course he/she is a TA for)
• Shared lab staff should list the course why they are staff
• Assignments/modules should show the course/edition
• When student enqueues for shared lab and chooses an assignment for which he/she is not enrolled, notify student.
