The Graphical Slot overview should show whichSlot are accepeted / rejected /etc. This could for example be color coded.

Reasoning

It's super confusing otherwise. See here:

The two encricled slots cancelled / have been rejected. Yet, in the schedule it looks as if somebody would come at 12:40. Maybe color is this RED for slots not accepeted yet or not color it att all for slots where everybody was rejected.
