Request history and feedback pages are erroring

Summary

I get a 404 error whenever I try to open my request history, and I get an error (no code specified) when I open my feedback.

Steps to reproduce

I'm not sure how to reproduce this, because I don't actually know why this is happening. If you view my feedback from another account, you get the same error.

Possible Fix

Otto assumes I have feedback from a lab that has been deleted.
