Create support page
Summary
Instead of having just a small paragraph in the 'About' page, we can have a separate 'Support' page, that people can search for when they need support with certain matters. There should be information about who to contact/ what to do about:
- bugs
- course support (for lecturers)
- feature requests
- app support for students/tas
Each of these could be done in a thymeleaf template, such that individual parts can be reused for error pages.
Reasoning
When a user wants to report a bug, ask for a new feature, contact someone about the application, etc, there is limited information as to what they can do about it. It would be beneficial for them to easily find who to contact about each context
