Improve slot creation and editing

Feel free to split this issue in smaller ones. Multiple pain-points were identified with slots in the user study. These ideas should help address them:

• make calendar update its view to show the newly added slots upon creating them
  • add a confirmation message/ visual confirmation that you added the slots
