Getting next for Questions gives already approved question

Summary

As a TA: When clicking the Get next for Questions button, a request that has already been approved shows up again. When attempting to resolve this by clicking Approve and clicking the Get next for Questions button again, the same request shows up again instead of the actual oldest request that is shown in the list of requests. This eventually gets resolved after a couple of minutes, but prevents TAs from taking a new request for that time.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Approve a request.
  2. Wait for a new request to show up, if there are none in the Queue.
  3. Click Get next for Questions.
  4. Pray the bug happens this time.

Current behaviour

Old, already approved requests show up instead of the actual oldest, non-approved request.

Expected behaviour

The old request should no longer appear. Instead, the oldest request should be shown.

Steps to Solve

Have the TA forward it. This works only sometimes.
