Sorting courses chrono*logically*

We need to start thinking about how to handle the past. Low hanging fruit:

• order courses chronologically (newest at the top)

But then: archive courses? Soft-delete (to retain in case of conflict and to have history of TAs)?

• soft-delete / archive / disable / lock

And: soon to be an issue: editions of courses; how to distinguish edition 2018 from 2017? Do we want to copy part of the settings (see CPM)?
