Add clicking maps to indicate location

Summary

Adds the ability for students to click the map when enqueuing or changing their location if the room has a map configured.

How to review

• Log in as admin1 and upload a map for a room.
• Log in as csestudent8 and enqueue for a lab with that room.
• You should be able to click the image to indicate a location.
• Update the location by clicking the map from the lab page and clicking 'Save'
• Log in as csestudent1 and get the request, the location should be indicated.
