Queue Overhaul

For year 2020-2021 Q1 we will want to use the newer version of Queue. Queue will have to be integrated with Labracore and fully revised. Certain parts of Queue should be removed and adjusted for Labracore. Additionally, this is the moment to remove some quickly crafted one-time use code that remains in the Queue codebase today. The migration from Queue 1 to Queue 2 will be the perfect opportunity to clean up some things.
