Cannot look at expanded submissions nor feedback

This issue only happens for specific students, possibly related to incorrect HTML messing up the modals or something?

As a student in a group in a module in a course

Go to assignment
Click on submit
Select a file
Click submit
Try and expand an assignment (down arrow on page) to see your submission or your feedback
Nothing happens

Chrome 121.06167.185 on Windows 10, specifically on this page but it works for most students on most pages....
