Searching for course code does not find course

Either the courses shown in Submit do not have a corresponding course code, or the search field does not search in the course code field. It would be nice if this could be added (though I cannot modify the course, only the editions).

In addition, the search could search in the course edition descriptions perhaps? These descriptions don't seem to be displayed anywhere at the moment.
