Support excel import and export

Summary

Users struggle to convert to and from CSV files which are currently the only supported file format. We should support XLSX files as well, as this is what most users work in.

Checklist

• All import functionality supports excel files
• All export functionality supports excel files
• For exporting, the user can select which type of file they would like to export.
