Add a suborganisation entity

• Create an abstract SubOrganisation
• Create a TAMCourse if it does not exist and make it extends SubOrganisation
• If the Project entity exists, make it extend SubOrganisation
  • If that means it now has to extend two abstract classes, look at the planning document for a solution
• Make an Organisation hold SubOrganisations if organisation exists
