Improve error handling

• Checking deadline for applying, then not entering a date allows job offer / extra work to be created. (Breaks checkbox when editing or creating another job/work later).
• Creating extra work without name => Error page
• Reject all applications when there are none => Error page
• Completed TA training without date => Error page
