There are 4 possible options to finish the request:
1. **Accept:** this option is used to indicate that the user has passed the interview. You can optionally fill in a comment. ![q_approve](uploads/18cd488811f6a9463340308f94297656/q_approve.jpeg)
2. **Reject:** this option is used to indicate that a student was not chosen for the interview. You can a note to both the other TAs and the student. ![q_reject](uploads/792a184746b66dafb2c5c2d561afcbd4/q_reject.jpeg)
3. **Forward:** using this option, you can forward the request to anyone else. You can leave a comment, explaining why this request was forwarded. During interviews, this can include questions that they were not able to answer and needed to be forwarded to a teacher for. ![q_forward](uploads/81486efde00b9de60aeb961e2944f40a/q_forward.jpeg)
4. **Not found:** this can be used to indicate that the student did not appear in the interview.
**IMPORTANT:** At the end of each slot, you might end up with people who you did not have time to interview. If a TA gets a request from a previous slot, it's good practice to tell them to immediately reject the request and leave the following message: `You have not been selected, have a good day`.
