Change datepicker layout to monday-sunday (instead of sunday-saturday)

Currently the first date of the week (leftmost column) in the datepicker used to set deadlines is sunday. This conflicts with the Dutch (European?) standard of treating monday as the first day of the week.

This has caused me to set the wrong date twice already.

It seems more logical to have monday be the leftmost column, and have sundays on the far right.

Hopefully this is a small settings tweak in a generic component. (?)
