Confirmation on Delete answer button

The delete answer button (for a review) should have a confirmation prompt before actually deleting the answer.

Original request:

I was trying to make indentation using tab inside of the text-box for my review, but without me realizing, clicking tab twice selected the "delete answer" button and when I clicked enter (thinking I was still inside the text-box) I lost all of my progress.

My problem is not so much with tabulation not working inside the text-boxes but rather with the "delete answer" button. Would it be possible to make the "delete answer" action reversible? Or at the very least to prompt the user whether they're sure they want to delete their text.
