SSO users can reset their password

Users with tudelft domains should only be able to sign on with SSO. However, if they request a password reset with their tudelft email, they can set a password and login without SSO.

While looking through this process, it seems it is completely handled by the gem device. The easiest solution would be to create a redirect to the SSO password reset if the email ends with @tudelft.nl or @student.tudelft.nl. This also happens on the registration page and could be copied from there.
