Add option to add course mail address and hide individual staff email addresses

Many courses have course email addresses. In addition, some of the people involved in the course are TAs and should not have their email address displayed.

As such feature requests:

  1. It should be possible to disable the email addresses of individual members.
  2. If a course email address is set that should be displayed instead of the addresses of individual coordinators.
