Management pages for internships

• Course (configuration) workflow for internships #242 (closed)
• Projects page should show as "internships" if only involved in technical medicine and should show internships instead of projects.
• On the course edition page in the management panel there should be internships instead of projects linking to the internships page filtering by the course. (Go to /admin/course_edition/id, click projects. Same behavior should work for internships)
