Allow migration of projects between course editions

• When importing/copying projects from another edition, add UI option to select roles (matching them by name) which should be copied
• Add warning about copying projects with groups
• Remove field for changing course edition on project edit page (also check client params concerns?)
• Add modal for copying/importing a particular project to another course edition
• Show warning if there are any required roles which don't match
