Menu in course-edition is inconsistent

Apart from being inconsistent, it is incomplete.

This is about the /course_editions/id/... endpoints.

• One cannot go from a project description to preferences
• One cannot go from a group management page/groups page to the preferences
• Within projects/groups, entry to go back to the project description
• Within projects/groups, entry to go to projects (search)
