"favorite" a project from the preferences list

A student should be able to "favourite" a project (join the interest list) from the preferences selection. We can achieve this with a "Interested" or "Favourite" button in the preference.

They should be informed that:

• They receive information about updates/deletion of projects they have favourited
• Other students can see that they are interested in the project

Since the preferences do not apply for courses where students form groups, no information about this needs to be mentioned.
