When passing "per=0" as parameter, the page crashes and an error is reported

It seems that people from physics have a url saved or get presented with a url somewhere where the "items per page" is set to 0. This causes a division by 0 in the controller. It would be nice if we can ensure that the items per page is >= 10 in all cases.
