Theme emails are not sent to thesis project students

The email component seems to be reused across research groups, themes, and thesis projects. However, in the case of themes, it sends emails only to students interested in the theme, but not to students (only) interested in its associated thesis projects. The message can therefore be very misleading.

We should make it so that theme emails are also sent to thesis project students.
