When creating new course edition, ask user if they want to copy settings from other edition.

A lot of users miss the ability to copy a course edition, and then don't make use of the proper copy procedure. Creating a new edition from scratch often leads to misconfiguration or other issues. We should improve the procedure by e.g. first asking users after clicking on "new editon" whether they want to copy and adjust information from a previous course edition.
