Archive course editions and/or don't show "closed" course editions normally

The list of course editions is getting long; especially for people like Eva de Haan; the editions aren't sorted on alphabet, but oldest on the top I think. Therefore we should have the option to archive courses to prevent them from being shown in normal usage.
