User settings & Front-End

-Added numerous simple views and controllers for the front-end of the application. These will be enhanced upon in other branches. -Added user settings, including permission masks and other items, that allows a user to edit mail and name. -Implemented password fields to be used later with Niels' controller. -Numerous design and layout changes and implementations.
