When creating a proposal, an important part is selecting the course and study programme that the proposal is for. There are a few problems with the current selection: * The scrollbar is now always shown when selecting a course, causing some people to miss the options * The programme is often missed for people submitting proposals * Sometimes the programme is not relevant for submitting proposals (generic, moved to correct programme later) * The course is the most important, but people easily confuse courses from different programmes/faculties (Research Project vs Research Practicum). We should investigate how we could improve the design and apply that.
