Consistent ordering of data files

Now that there is an update feature in WebLab it would be good if our data files can be listed in the same order upon rerunning the generator. Not sure how it happened, but after updating only a Solution.java file there were still changes (just reordering of some lines, no meaningful changes) in the assignment-data.json as well.
