Update to latest version of QPixel

This slightly alters SAML configuration. config/initializers/devise.rb, config.saml_default_user_key needs to be set to saml_init_identifier.

Includes new filters feature https://github.com/codidact/qpixel/pull/976 which is not yet merged.
