Bug - Submission shows 'unknown'

Description

Currently, when viewing submissions in the UI, a submission result will always display 'unknown' on the creation and completion fields.

Priority - A

Currently, the big 'unknown' in the submission view looks really bad 🙁

Definition of done

When the submission is able to display the proper time of creation and completion.
