Bug - Workers flooding CPM

Description

When workers get jobs that aren't submitted via CPM, they shouldn't yell at CPM when they've finished their job.

Priority - A

If we're stressing our own tool, we wouldn't want to stress CPM as well.

Definition of done

When the workers only send results to CPM on jobs that came from CPM
