Latest support

Description

By adding the latest tag, the latest image can be pulled with just

docker run f00f/auta-worker

without the version.

Changes

• Allows the docker build script to push as latest

• There are no unnecessary files present in the MR

• The continuous integration has no problems with the MR

• The MR is filled in as requested (including labels, milestones, and reviewers)

• The documentation is up-to-date
