Enable LDAP support within Labradoor

Most of the problems with this implementation were in figuring out the correct parameters and configurations for this sign in principle. One lesson learned is that the proxy user name should be the full DN to that account. In TUD LDAP this is in OU=Service Accounts,OU=Back Office,OU=Support Accounts,DC=tudelft,DC=net.
