Bump down the OpenAPI Generator version

This down-bump is again necessary because of problems caused in client applications. This bump caused problems with LCPageable objects that became buggy to use. For now, we bump the version back down to exactly what it was, we can later try to bump it back up, but will need to be cautious when doing so.

This change is published in Labradoor 1.0.8-SNAPSHOT3.
