Create DTO with IDs and ID DTOs

Also reorganize other tests files to have one directory for setup and
one directory for the actual tests.

The ID DTO can be used when representing an Entity by only its ID in a
data transfer event.
The conversion is handled by ModelMapper in a series of custom
converters.
