Summary

Add a file which stores all the colours used in the Queue application. Change all the colours used in all the css files to a colour variable in that file.

Reasoning

Not every university which will deploy Queue in the future will have the same colour scheme as TU Delft and an easy way to change this is preferred. Also this could be a way to easily introduce a dark mode or change the colour scheme in the future.
